These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Rendee.co platform, owned and operated by Benoit Sartre, Micro-entrepreneur (SIRET: 91538512400010), trading as Rendee (rendee.co), 66 Avenue des Champs-Élysées, 75008 Paris, France ("the Provider", "we", "us"). By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
Rendee is offered exclusively to customers acting as professionals — businesses, entrepreneurs, self-employed individuals, and other legal persons — in the course of their professional or commercial activity. The service is not intended for consumers within the meaning of Article L.212-2 of the French Code de la consommation.
By placing an order and ticking the professional-declaration checkbox at checkout, you confirm that you are acting as a professional and not as a consumer. As a consequence, the 14-day right of withdrawal provided to consumers under Article L.221-18 of the Code de la consommation does not apply to your purchases.
Rendee is an AI-assisted content generation platform. It creates short-form social media content for your business, including: vertical video (with on-screen captions and background images), platform-specific post captions (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube Shorts), and background images sourced from Unsplash. Each project has a persistent "memory" (business brief) that is used to personalise outputs over time.
You agree not to use Rendee to generate content that:
You may not attempt to circumvent usage limits, access the service through automated means without our consent, or reverse-engineer the platform.
By purchasing, you expressly request immediate access to the digital service. Because the service is supplied immediately upon payment to a professional customer, and the full Content is available from the moment of purchase, all purchases are final and non-refundable. This applies to subscriptions (for the current billing period) and Content packs alike.
Rendee generates social media content; it does not guarantee any business outcome, including but not limited to client acquisition, follower growth, engagement rates, revenue, or leads. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, the quality of your offer, and how and where you publish content. The service is provided "as is" and "as available".
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Provider's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to your registered address at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
